3000₹ to be submitted as Security Deposit (Refundable) at the time of check-in. If there is any damage to the property during the stay, the money will be deducted from the security deposits.
Veg. & Non-Veg. Food Both Are Allowed. (Non-Veg. Cooking is Not Permitted)
Decoration is not allow without Owner Permission.
To ensure pleasant Stay Caretaker shall clean the property before Check-in & After Check-out. (Other Cleanings Chargeable)
Taking Care of small children in the swimming pool & ensuring that no accident occurs at the farmhouse shall be the sole responsibility of the hiring party.
Electricity is beyond our control; We are not responsible if any problems arise regarding electricity reason.
According to Gujarat Government Rules: No illegal, prohibited and unlawful activities shall be carried out inside or outside the farmhouse. However, if found doing so and police action is taken, the property owner shall not be responsible in any way for the same.
